Loose Leaf Tea
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we regret we are unable to offer refunds on our loose leaf tea unless their quality has been compromised on receipt. However, you are more than welcome to email us if you would like to request a sample of any of our teas, or make any enquiries.
Accessories
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 28 days on damaged or unwanted goods (in their original condition).Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage costs on unwanted goods. Please email us and we’ll be happy to help.
